Tropical Business Solutions, llc is owned and operated by Jerry Gaddis in Key Largo
Florida. Mr. Gaddis has decade of experience in the Keys and a strong local network of professional contacts. He is past-President
of the Florida Keys Business Association and an active member in both the Key Largo and Islamorada Chambers of Commerce.
He currently serves on the District V Advisory Committee to the Monroe County Tourist Development Council and works closely
with the board of directors of the Center for Independent Living. He is a Rotarian and an alumnus of Leadership Monroe
County (Class XV).
EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Gaddis developed his customer service orientation
during a decade of working in the Walt Disney World theme parks. He has held finance positions in the world headquarters
of both Universal Studios Merchandise and Royal Caribbean International and he has supported the President/General Manager
of two of the Upper Keys most prestigious resort properties. Throughout his career he has focused on capturing the data needed
to make objective business decisions and specialized in taking on the projects no one else wanted to tackle.
EDUCATION
& TRAINING:
Mr. Gaddis earned his MBA, with a finance concentration, at the Crummer Graduate
School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Florida where
he graduated with a BS in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. Mr. Gaddis began his tax career with the IRS/VITA/TCE program
in 2004. He later purchased the local H&R Block franchise where he prepared more than 1,200 personal income tax
returns and served as the primary quality control point for thousands more. In 2009, Mr. Gaddis passed the IRS Special Enrollment Exam and is enrolled to practice
before the IRS. He is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals, the National Association of Enrolled
Agents and the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents. He continues to volunteer through the VITA program at the public
library on Wednesdays during tax season. Mr.
Gaddis is Key Largo's only active QuickBooks Professional Advisor and has been QuickBooks certified since 2005, helping dozens

Jerry
Gaddis is a native Floridian currently engrossed in the Keys lifestyle who hopes one day to become an honorary Conch.
He has five years experience as a local PADI divemaster and gets wet as often as time allows. He enjoys Florida-based fiction
and playing frisbee with his dog, Gumbo. His favorite charity is Southeastern Guide Dogs, Inc. and he worships at First Baptist
Church of Key Largo.
